What we collect
When you call or use the quote form, we collect the information you give us: name, phone, email if provided, delivery ZIP or address, dates, unit type, quantity and crowd size. Card details are taken by phone and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
How the quote form works
The form is sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards your request to our email. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver the message.
How we use it
We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service and bill your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information.
Retention
Rental records are kept for tax and accounting purposes, generally up to 7 years. You can ask us to delete quote requests that did not become rentals.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies. If we add basic analytics to measure calls and form use, we will update this page.
