How early should I book for Laconia Motorcycle Week or summer lake events?
Book Motorcycle Week units several weeks out. The rally runs in mid-June and fills the Weirs, Lakeport and Gilford with crowds and traffic. Summer weekends on Route 3, Route 11 and Route 25 slow every delivery truck, so give us extra lead time for July and August.

We serve Laconia, Gilford, Meredith, Belmont, Tilton, Sanbornton, New Hampton, Center Harbor, Gilmanton, Barnstead and Alton. Belmont and Tilton are closest, at about 60 miles via I-93. Center Harbor and New Hampton sit near the 80-mile edge, so book a day or two ahead when possible.
What lakefront delivery issues should I plan for?
Many lake homes sit on steep, narrow private roads with tight turns. Our truck needs a firm path close to the unit, so tell us about grades, low branches and soft shoulders. Island properties cannot be reached by truck, so units go at the mainland dock or parking area.
Shoreland rules limit work near the water. Check with the town and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services before placing anything close to the shore.

Can you put a unit at a Weirs Beach campsite for bike week?
Placement at a campground depends on the owner's rules, so ask the campground first. Once approved, we can drop a standard unit before the rally and pick it up after. Laconia is about 68 miles from Salem, so book early. Same-day calls must come in by 10 AM.
Do you deliver to Alton Bay and Barnstead?
Alton and Barnstead are both in range by Route 28 north, about 65–70 miles from Salem. Summer weekend traffic around Alton Bay slows trucks, so plan a Friday drop for Saturday events. Standard bookings arrive in 1–2 business days, and weekly cleaning comes with 28-day rentals.
What should I rent for a lakeside wedding near Meredith?
Most lakeside weddings use a deluxe flushing unit with a sink or a 2-stall restroom trailer. Trailers need level ground, a power hookup and water. Add a wheelchair-accessible unit if older guests attend. A hand-wash station helps near the food tent. Book early for summer and foliage weekends.
